Performance characteristics

1. This product can impart high water resistance to paper, improve the gloss and strength of the paper, have low yellowing value, and reduce the brittleness of the paper.

2. Improve the printability of paper, increase the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, and reduce pulp consumption.

3. Simplify the sizing process, improve the papermaking performance of the paper machine, will not produce papermaking obstacles, and the curing speed is fast.

4. Neutral papermaking reduces equipment corrosion and prolongs equipment service life

Instructions for use:

This product can be used in a wide range of PH value (6-9), suitable for wood pulp, bamboo pulp, recycled paper pulp, wheat straw pulp, reed pulp, cotton stalk pulp, etc.

The general sizing requirement is 7-15 kg/ton of paper. It is usually added in the slurry box or mixing box through the metering pump when it is used.

Before using this product, if it is a prerequisite for acid papermaking, the equipment and pipes should be cleaned. When the slurry PH value is less than 6, a small amount of soda ash or caustic soda can be added to adjust.

Packaging and transportation:

Packed in 1000kg plastic drum, or transported in tank truck.

This product is non-hazardous. Avoid high temperature, sunlight, freezing, and leakage during transportation, and rinse with water.

Storage period: 4 months.

Precautions

1. The pH value of the head box is controlled from 7.0 to 8.5, if it is lower than 7.0, it can be adjusted by adding alkali.

2. The paper mill should choose the best ratio, place and method of joining according to the specific situation.

3. Make sure that the temperature of at least one drying cylinder of the paper machine is not lower than 95℃.

4. When changing from acid paper to medium alkaline paper, the equipment and pipes should be thoroughly cleaned.

5. Before use, if AKD emulsion is found to be stratified, thickened, and a large amount of gas is released, stop using it immediately. If you have any usage problems, please contact the supplier.
