With the rapid development of the paper industry, the sizing process has changed to surface sizing. AKD surface sizing agent is a new type cationic sizing agent developed by our company. This product can be used on Size press and Gate roll type machines. A thin layer can be formed on the surface of the paper to obtain a sizing effect, enhance water resistance, and can enhance the tensile force of the paper and extend the durability of the paper. This product is suitable for cultural paper and packaging paper produced from wood pulp, straw pulp, bamboo pulp, waste paper pulp and other pulps.

Performance characteristics
1. Improve the surface printing effect of paper products, shorten the curing time and reduce production costs.
2. It completely replaces the use of internal sizing agent and has excellent water resistance.
3. Extend the service life of the forming net and felt, and prolong the cleaning cycle.
4. It has excellent mechanical stability and produces less bubbles during operation.
Instructions:
1. Dosage: 3-8kg/ton paper.
2. When in use, when the gelatinized starch glue solution is cooled to below 65°C, add the stock solution of this product into the starch glue solution tank, stir evenly, and then apply the glue on the machine; or use a metering pump to add the starch glue solution The supply pipeline is continuously added.
Packaging and transportation:
It is packed and transported in 1000KG plastic drum, or transported in a tank truck.
Storage:
The storage temperature is 4-30℃, avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool place. Prevent freezing in winter.
The storage period is 3 months from the production date, and it is recommended to use it as soon as possible after opening.
